We found about this Irish Pub up the road from us. So we ventured up there one evening for a pint and some Irish banter.

On the brochure this pub is the only Irish owned and run bar on International Drive (A Long Road).

As we entered shyly, the place looked dingy (a good start), then a guy behind the bar in a green T-Shirt and hat, so far so good. We walk to the bar, not shy anymore because it's like we're home.

Then the bar man says (in the most american accent), "what I can I get you folks". My heart jumped, reality kicked in, and then my mouth kicked in, "What the fuck?", I blurt, "Where's the Irish accent?", to which he replies, "...?".

Then a couple at the bar say (in a west ireland accent), "We were expecting the same thing...what a waste!!".

I calmed down with Heineken, and we chatted with them for a while.

So, to summarize. We went to this irish bar, it's called the lucky leprechaun, the bar man was an american shithead.
