AS defined by the EU, sexual harrasment means 'unwanted conduct of a sexual nature, or other conduct based on sex affecting the dignity of women and men at work'.
Therefore, if your girlfriend invited and encouraged ass slapping you would be breaching no regulations in complying, though you might open yourself to complaints from co-workers who were offended and/or distressed by the sexual nature of work-based relations between you and your girlfriend. Such conduct is not very professional behaviour and work is hardly the place to indulge your sado-masochistic tendencies.
